RETURN POLICY

A. Cancellation

  1. To cancel an order, please reach out to our customer support team via email at support@luxgonna.com Request will be forwarded to our back end production team and they are the ones who can either confirm or disapprove a cancellation request (depends on the status of the order).

  2. Cancellations can only be made through email only.

  3. If the order has already been processed by warehouse and/or shipped, you will need to wait for the update of the status of created label within 24 - 72 hours.

  4. If the item(s) in your order are out of stock and you have some other items in stock, we will ship items we have in stock and can process a refund to the original payment method the item which is out of stock.

B. Return

  1. To be eligible for a return or exchange, buyers must request one within 14 days of receiving their item. Requests made after this timeframe will not be approved.

  2. It is recommended that buyers thoroughly inspect their items upon receipt and notify us of any issues.

  3. Returns will only be accepted for items that are unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received

C. Refund

  1. Returns will be issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY.

  2. Store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. Please note that a shipping fee is non-refundable.

  4. Approval of the returns typically takes 1-5 business days.

  5. LUXGONNA does not offer refunds to original payment method for returned items. Only store credit will be provided.
